What happens if you have made a verbal agreement, to transfer from O2 to orange with my exisiting number getting ported over and this has not been done yet? Its been 3 months. I have now got 2 contracts which i didn't ask for, a mobile phone in which the spec was different to what was provided. I have contacted them well over 50 times, they never get back to me. They also have not sent a welcome pack. If the information is false then surely that is lying and the verbal agreement is fake. So can i get out of this contract???

Sorry to hear that, but I guess it's UK market. Do you have any Telecommunication Ombudsman there? I would try to approach them with the problem...
