AIA Australia Invests in Customer Service

AIA Life Insurance company continues the expansion of its customer service team, with the announcement that it will be recruiting an additional 27 permanent, full time staff.

According to CEO, Damien Green, AIA Australia has experience strong growth during the past couple of years and as a result company wants to continually improve its customer service to clients and partners.

New staff will be based in Melbourne and Sydney and would have a mix of focus areas, including claims assessment in AIA's group insurance, as well as individual adviser channels.

The AIA Group is a leading life insurance organisation in Asia Pacific with a network of more than 320,000 agents and approximately 23,500 employees across 15 geographical markets.
